Delivery Information

Regular Orders – Singapore:

• Free Delivery: Enjoy complimentary delivery on all orders over $80.

• Delivery Fee: For order below $80, a $10 delivery fee applies. For delivery to Sentosa, an additional surcharge of $15 will be added.

• Delivery Timing: Orders placed will be delivered on the next working day. Please note that we do not offer deliveries on weekends or public holidays.

 

Monthly Yocha Kombucha Subscriptions:

• Free Weekly Delivery: Your subscription comes with free weekly deliveries, arriving at your door every Monday. If Monday happens to be a public holiday, we’ll ensure delivery on Tuesday instead.

 

Important Delivery Information:

• To ensure a smooth delivery, please make sure someone is available to receive your order at the scheduled time. If no one is home, our driver will leave the order at your doorstep. Please be aware that we cannot take responsibility for any loss or damage once the delivery has been made.
